Dry fruit smoothie during IBS
I recently had IBS symptoms such as acid reflux, burps, bloating, gas, fart, stomach noise, and multiple normal consistency bowel movements. I started probiotic capsules about 10 days back, and my IBS symptoms have reduced by 80%. With this condition, can i drink dry fruit smoothie for breakfast? I soak the below dry fruits overnight and blend it with water and 1 fruit and drink it - 2 walnuts, 2 soft dates, 2 prunes, 2 dry fig, 5 almonds, 15 raisin, 1.5tsp chia seeds, 1tsp flax seeds. Will this smoothie cause any trouble with my IBS symptoms recovery?
