Having pus cells in stool test
Can a bacterial infection of stomach cause backache? Also, can the same bacteria cause common cold like symptoms as well?

It's unlikely that infection in the stomach causes backache ,and causing cold.These are different conditions.

1.stomach infection ,backache,common cold are three  apparently different  things. But one thing is common ,your immine system.you need yo strengthen it up.if at all you are using any antibiotics,please take vit c and zinc also.check your hemoglobin level. Sometimes ,stomach ache and back ache can happen together. if there in intestinal or parasitic infection.please see a gastro specialist.
