Not feeling hunger
My wife work as a teacher and she have to stand the whole time overe she has her lunch around 10:30 am in school and comes home at 4:00 pm at home she doesn't feel hungry after coming at home and when she goes to eat dinner around 11 pm she feels like vomiting she have proper lunch only at school I'm concern that eating one time a day will make her weak and why this issue is happening with her is something wrong or this is not any big deal

Yes, this routine of diet will make her weak and lethargic. Correct her diet pattern. For replenishing vitamin level , vitamin supplement can be started. Does she feel burping always? How is her bowel habits?

An ideal person has to have  a minimum 3 meals a day. Mini meals in between and stay hydrated.
