Feeling hunger always

Hello doctor..i feel very hungry all d time especially after waking up in morning i feel very hungry but as i need to take thyroid medication i cant eat anything..n because f these hunger pangs i feel nauseated..i got blood test for sugar and it came normal..pls suggest why this happening

It may be due to imbalance in the thyroid hormones level. Get a thyroid profile checked .Consult an endocrinologist
