Extreme hunger.

Asked for Male, 55 Years

My father has crohn's from last 2 years approx, he is taking prescribed medication from Medanta. the main medicine is pentasa granules and Budez cr steriod. from last 2 months he is having uncontrollable hunger and he feel that stomach get empty within few hours or as soon as he passes gas or use toilet . so we want to know why he is feeling hungry all the time?

In Crohn's disease azathioprine is drug of choice. Pantosa granule also work depending on segment involved.As he is taking budez it causes hunger
