H.pylori infection needs to be confirmed before you initiate treatment Confirmation could be done by detecting hpylori antigen test in stool or breath analysis Commonly available h pylori antibody test using blood is not reliable

According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from gastric ulcer but as you know that best diagnosis depend on complete history of the patient so you should take consultation from a doctor and give complete history of the patient then best treatment will be start.

if you don't want any medicine you should follow good lifestyle like take sufficient amount of water as 4 to 5 l water and take less spicy and fatty food and do exercise regularly with yoga and meditation then improvement will be occurr but rate of improvement will be  slow .
