There are NO injection-only treatments for H. pylori. Persistent infection usually means antibiotic resistance. Rx : Modified oral regimen (bismuth-based / low-dose) Acid control and probiotics to improve tolerance Consult me on Practo for a tailored, stomach-friendly plan.

Persistent H. pylori despite prior therapy suggests resistant infection, which is not uncommon. Currently, there are no effective injection-only antibiotic regimens for eradicating H. pylori; treatment requires oral combination therapy, but it must be tailored to tolerance and resistance.
Next Steps
Consult a gastroenterologist for culture/sensitivity–guided therapy or a modified regimen (e.g., bismuth-based or alternative antibiotics in lower, divided doses). Acid suppression adjustment and supportive medicines can be added to improve tolerance.
Health Tips
Do not self-start antibiotics or stop treatment midway. Taking medicines after food, using probiotics, and avoiding spicy/irritating foods can reduce side effects. Seek urgent care if you have severe breathlessness, vomiting blood, black stools, or significant weight loss.
