Alkaline phosphatase is 136 u/l is slightly elevated and it's non specific Very high level of alkaline phosphatase indicates mainly liver disease and bone disorders Since you have not mentioned other liver enzymes levels - can't comment on it Fatty liver shows elevated AST and ALT enzymes Ultrasound scan abdomen aids the diagnosis
