High alkaline phosphatase
I have high alkaline phosphatase in my lft blood test.. Its value 133.8 U/L.. And its normal value is 38.0 - 94.0

Sources of alkaline phosphates can be either the bone or liver. In your case if you are anxious to interpret what it is due to, have a look at your liver function tests, and c whether any other parameters are abnormal.
