Gallbladder polyps
I am having vomitting sensation after eating and feeling stool all day for last 2weeks. After USG whole abdomen,I found below Impreesion: Mild hepatomegaly with grades fatty changes Multiple tiny echogenic foci along gallbladder wall- likely polyps. Is any worried? Can polyp removes itself without surgery?

Gall bladder polyps are asymptomatic and accidentally detected during ultrasound scan. 95% are benign harmless.Howewer if the size of polyp is more than 10 mm or the size is increasing by 2mm on next scan , requires surgery.
Next Steps
avoid fatty food,alcoholic drinks drink lots of water use liv 52 tablet for few months repeat ultrasound scan after 3 months get liver function tests to check enzymes to correlate with fatty liver

Take tab liv 52 3 time for 3 months If severe pain after meal in right hypochondriac region of abd get remove gall bladder by endoscopy Consult on practo
