Last month I have done ultrasound on 7 June and fatty liver grade 1 with hepatomegaly has been detected and other organs appeared normal.
Can my ultrasound scan result change in one and half month in fatty liver and any disease may occur in one and half month or it will remain same only.

I have done ultrasound on June 7 and in the report liver is enlarged in size with hyperchoic parenchyma.no mass lesion is seen.iphr is dilated.
Fatty liver grade 1 with hepatomegaly is detected.
Other organs appeared normal.
Today if I do ultrasound what type of change may come in one and half month
