Pain in left lower abdomen
Hi Doctor,
I am Hrushikesh and I'm 22. I've been experiencing very bad pain in my left lower abdomen. I'm wondering if it's gas. I do have constipation issues if my schedule is disturbed due to any reason. I've been out for a vacation, and I did pass some stool in the morning but I'm still having these pains and it's getting unbearable. Could you please prescribe me something to ease my situation.

Lt lower abdominal pain and be due to colitis or ureteric colic
Have high fiber diet
Drink plenty of liquids

For the time being take an antacid, which ever is available, avoid too much food or drinks that cause acidity, like coffee, vodka,
Try to eat something on the healthier side like salads, avoid too much spicy food.
Do all of the above if you are still out on a vacation

This does seem like gastritis. Although chronic/relapsing pain may be due to other reasons as well. Consult with proper history for better management and apt advice.

I think you have taken outside food ...you need to take course of medications ...consult to reduce pain and infection
