Pain In The Lower Right Abdomen Area
I have having pain after eating dinner everyday in the lower right side of my abdominal/pelvic area and in the opposite area in the back. When I wake up in the morning also I'm having some pain in the areas. Pain started around 3 days ago. Please help, I want to know what is wrong since it is difficult to go to a doctor during COVID. Also who should I consult? Please help!

There are many conditions causing this the particularly very some condition is appendicitis which requires surgery.
