I am on ppi from last 8 months
... symptoms improved in last 20 days but from last 10 days when I avoided 2 days of ppi.after that i having much more acid reflux...my throat and below area is burning specially after 2-3 hours of lunch..I have started ppi again but no relief in symptoms as and is really bothering now...what can be done now

Your symptoms point towards rebound acid hypersecretion.its a condition seen in patients after abrupt stopping prolonged treatment with a PPI.
Symptoms of RAHS may include heartburn, regurgitation or dyspepsia.
These symptoms can last about 2 weeks.
That's the reason people on prolonged PPI treatment are advised to reduce the dose and stop gradually.
