Do we have to take ppis for life long i have heard many people saying that ppis don't work for them and for some people symptoms comes back again after stoping ppi why it is so

Proper treatment under medical supervision along with lifestyle changes .. Like change in dietary habbits are necessary for long term control. Sometimes also need to evaluate for H pylori infection and if present need to be irradicated.
