Iam suffering from chest pain with left arm pain and nausea with lightheadness with excessive burping i went to doctor and get gastritis tablets for 3 days and it gone after two weeks again it came the same symptoms I occur I visited some other doctor I took same ppi and antacid fir two days symptoms goyt controlled for two days and again it came again and I visited other doctor in my home town sa.e three days pantaraopozole and antacid one week i feel OK again I got same symptoms I thought iam having heart attack but doctor again gave me 10 days tablets and antacid I font know if iam having heart attack or not and also iam taking ppi and antacid for one month with limited gap so I want to know it will affect my kidney and I want to know Iam having heart attack

Please do an ecg when you have pain and check cardiac troponins. observe if levels increase with variation in ecg..it is rare for ladies at this age to get heart attack .still
It is better to get checked.do a FBs and lipid profile and Tsh.
