Left arm and chest pain

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Last 1 month I got pain my left arm and left chest and some times locked both chest musles also. I consult one general doctor he checked my body and he said take ecg He saw that ecg his said it's not a heart problems I give you some tablets problem it's over Bt prbm still there Wt type of doctor I am going to consult.
