Sir i am having gerd and i take esomac d 40 for 1 month no cure i want permanent cure any tips on this pliz help

Pls answer sir/mam I am having pain in the left side of upper  stomach region as I am showing in the pic from almost one week one day empty stomach I eat some Neem leaves and after that ran for almost 1 km and from that day I am having this problem when I sit I feel uncomfortable at that point and when I press it I feel some pain at that point at the pain is only at this particular point what should I do .what it might be should I go for the ultrasound I am already suffering from g e r d but right now I am having no problems and no complications from it and no acidity formation is I am having Is ultrasound a good solution of this problem

I m having pain in my left side of abdomen from past few months Firstly I thought it was due to gas but It's paining like tearing something apart and also having problem in poop its very thin and unable to empty stomach pls tell if if it's concerning?

I was having problem of frequent urination. Then some antibiotics were prescribed fir 10days. After taking antibiotics I hv severe pain in my stomach. I got my stomach examined through ultrasound. No cler stone found suspected stone Then X ray done no stone observed. After taking antibiotics I was having problem of stomach bloating and burning. I started taking Pan D for last 7 days after consulting doctor. In day no much issue but in the evening stomach starts bloating unable to sleep. I hv lost my appetite. I feel always full. Lack of energy. What should I do
