Is there history of Diabetes in your family ? Have you checked your blood sugar in the past ? Is it normal ? If not, there is a possibility of your stomach being hypokinetic. This means it moves slowly than normal and the stasis of food in stomach is longer than 5 to 6 hours. You may need some prokinetics to stimulate the movements hence you should consult because medicines cannot be prescribed on this platform.
