Frankly I didn't know what VATS surgery was . After reading your question I did some homework and found that this surgery is done as a preliminary diagnostic procedure for some formidable diseases in the Chest for which a full fledged surgery should be done after a lot of planning.           If you really have one of those diseases it is quite possible that you are feeling the symptoms due to that formidable disease which you have.           It has been almost 3 years since you had VATS. By now you should have had a definitive and final surgery. Please consult with your Operating Surgeon to find out why you had VATS. Please also share the information on this forum.
