Fever, chest and stomach, muscle pain
Hello Doctor,  Since past two months, I am suffering from mild fever which touches maximum 99.5 F and comes back to normal in the night, mild stomach pain in the left and middle abdominal, excess burping and gassy, loss of appetite, chest pain in the left and right side with numbness on same side hand. Also, I feel muscle pain and tiredness. No weight loss. Diarrhoea was in starting for one or two days (when it started two months back) with red blood in stool but now nothing observed. No cough, no vomiting, no running nose.  Kindly advise me what kind of problem it is and what mediation I could take for these symptoms. Is it related to any bacterial or viral infection?

Fever lasting for two months should not be taken lightly. You need a thorough clinical examination and investigations which include blood, urine, stools, chest X-ray and scanning of the abdomen. It is not advisable to take medicines without being examined for any illness for such a long time. Please visit a doctor and get tested
