Stomach Problems & Remedies

Actually I am facing this problem of irregular stools from past 5-6 months . Due to this I happened to have fissure and after diagnosed there is no blood while passing motion but I do not pass proper stools . It's rather loose or irregular while passing and my anus Is burning after I pass motion which is irritating whole day . I used to have smooth motion earlier but this issue is quite hindering daily routine Pls suggest wat to do !

I have motion problem since 4 years And I'm get tired due to this. my heart is get fast beating for some periods. And I have fever at sometimes in a week

Can any gastrointestinal issue cause persistent pain in right side of pelvic region and lower back? I have bowel issues since many years. That is I require more than normal time to defecate and have to go multiple times in a day. Since 2 months this right side pain started. Went to multiple doctors starting from general physician, gynaecologist, orthopaedic as well as general surgeon. Done all the tests as mentioned by them. No abnormality is seen in any report as per the doctors. Tests like USG, CT, MRI, CBC, urine culture and sensitivity, TSH were done. My doubt is can it be gastrointestinal issue? I had undergone colonoscopy in April with normal results. Please suggest.

I am already having medicines like Nex Pro Fast 40, Nex Pro Rd 40, Tryptomer 10, Inderal 10, Opirax 50 after being diagnosed for Hpylori and after two weeks of Nexpro HP kit for 14 days. So now I have urinary infection and doctor has asked me to take Nefralka disodium hydrogen citrate syrup and Nitrobact 100 and 3 other medicines from his clinic of which one is for fever. So the question is . is it safe to take all this together.

All other report of liver kidney has been done,all normal,child special doctor ask it is normal and cure slowly.she was admitted for week for report from Bombay.liv 52,udiliv,and bevon are continue.but headache is only problem, she is well and taking food.eyes and skin become white than before.last sgpt was 105.so please ask about headache ,why it comes,is there may be eyes problem because of watching TV too much or because of jaundiced.
