Pain in lower right abdomen got ultrasound of full abdomen showing inflammation of the appendix, prescribed ofloxocin ornidazole along with cefixime and drotin Ds tab twice daily for five days what next Any suggestions on diet and further course of treatment

I'm having pain in the mediastinum. It's mostly a burning sensation for the last 4 days. I do smoke and drink. What is the remedy for this pain.?

It's been almost 2 months now, i am unable to eat anything properly, it's difficult to swallow food and i have frequent vomitings like once every day which causes everything i have eaten to come out . Also, headache and fever have also become quite frequent.

I m having stomach infection from past 15 days .....I took some medicine from a doctor nearby my home... But it was showing no improvements.....I m mot able to digest anything.... As soon as I eat something, a feeling of uneasiness starts in my stomach n I have to go to pass stool.......

My wife is suffering from LA grade a OESOPHAGITIS can gastrologist doctor can help on this also we had done liver function test so as per test SGPT COMES AS 92.0 AND SGOT AS 96.4

Dear Doctors, My self Prem Mehra I am 23 years old, from past 1.5 years i am suffering from major acidity problem, i have noticed that when my acidity level ups then my bp goes high (approx 150) and i feel very anxiety and i started panicking. Recently i have done my full body checkup but all were fine except Lymphocytes ( little high) segmented neutrophils (little low) neutrophils (slightly low). Tablets which i am taking : Zapiz 0.25mg. please advice what should i do?

Sir, I am on fasting since 18 days. I eat one time a day and fruit and milk for second time. Tonight I ate road side sabudana khichdi. But due to pain in stomach I tried hard to keep out stool. I observed blood. I am scared. Please help me. I feel hot in stomach when I am hungry. I had piles 4 years ago. Advice asap.

Am getting often inside mouth ulcer lik I can't eat spicy or even food properly nly ll take curd and can't talk during tat some days it's there nd going can't able to tolerate hope it's cuz of low vitamin in body wats the actual reason for this !!
