Stomach Problems & Remedies

I had been observing stomach pain,cramps,bloating,gas(flatulence) and constipation symptons for close to 18 months and consulted gastroenterology doctor. Underwent couple of gastro intestinal diagnosis(ultrasound of whole abdomen),blood test,Endoscopy of upper intestine. From the diagnosis doctors didn't find any issues and based on the results of diagnosis and symptoms I had shared with doctor, he mentioned that I had IBS(irritable bowel syndrome) and suggested medication to control symptoms,Took those medicines and didn't observe any improvement as such. Also started restricting foods which have an adverse reaction to IBS like reducing lactose and fructose rich foods,milk and increasing fiber intake Please suggest how I can tackle this situation..

Acute acidity problem frm last 9 years. Severe acid forms after eating. Treatment done several times. No relive. Condition worsened after removal of gallbladder 3 yrs back. Diagonised as GERD.

I recently got a blood test done. HIGH value of AST/SGOT and ALT/SGPT AST/SGOT came 445 (normal is 21-72) ALT/SGPT came 164 (normal is less than 45). What can be the causes for this ? How do I reduce these levels back to normal ?

Having difficulty in discharge of stool, some reddish fluid type of discharge is seen. Much uneasiness and getting nature calls many times but not happening good at all... Try to help me out soon...

Hello , I am suffering from severe motions more than 3 times daily. I have this severe problm from past 2yrs. I had been to doc last yr n he had prescribed some antibiotic it worked 20% after stopping d medicines it is continuing. So plz tell what might be the problem and which doc to concern. Thank you.

My father age is 50.he is diabetic.latest hba1c is 6.8 .he feels some stretch in stomach nerves when he stands or while walking.this problem is from long time(7-8 mnts old).he is fine when lie down.all the abdomen reports ct scan and ultrasound are clear. latest results of esr(28) , CRP(7.04) and D3(29.4) can u suggest what the problem can be?if u find any problem in these reports plz provide the remedy.thanks in advance.

I'm having more gas problem. How to manage the stomach as clean and clear. If gas formed inside there's no hungry will come. Please give suggestions to keep a stomach as healthy.
