Hello doc! I have very bad constipation due to which I developed acne. I have started drinking lots of water around 3 litres a day but I still don't get proper bowel movements. There s a noticeable difference on my face but constipation s still the same. I have included fruits in my diet like kiwi,amla . I have 10℅ of result not100.wat do I do.please help.

Really dnt understand what my problem is. Sometimes when I woke from my afternoon nap, some yellow color like patch appears and suddenly disappears. This happend thrice. My eyes are white. Appetite is good. I have hypo thyroid. And I take multi vitamin tablet everyday as prescribed by the doctor. Is it the eye problem or any internal problem which need to be diagnosed. Hi, My daughter has swallowed 10 rs coin while playing before 2 days. As consulted with doctor and took x-ray, He asked us to wait for 2 days, So today again we took another x-ray and now coin is at same position in her stomach. Doctor again said it will be remove and we again have to wait. Please guide me, what to do now.
