I am suffering from abdominal pain from past 4 days,also consult with a doctor but no changes found from her medicine...she also done a urine and stool test and report was normal...what should I do...plz suggest

Team , recently i gave birth to baby boy after that i observed a fluffy layer i have attended for gynic doc she told Hernia how it can be cured is there any normal way to cure ? whom shall i consult is there any specific specilist for this area or gynic and OBS doc will make it ? can you please suggest on this ?

I am suffering from constipation since childhood. Not just the stool is hard but many days stool doesn't pass only. I don't get stomachache though due to that.
