Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have been suffering from gas problem for 5 years regularly.due to gas i got headech also.chest pain also occur after interval of some days.itching problem is also there as red small pimple on whole body.

I have the hemaroid problem its getting increases day by day. I like to do operation to remove this but after the operation will it cause any side effects? Or after the operation i won't be able to control the motion?

Abdominal pain and back pain and there is huge weight loss and not feeling hungry from past one week

I have serious gas problem and I want to knw I drink two cups of tea and two cups of green tea as well,does it becoming reason for gas problem....I have eat light diner daily like daliya and oats...what's the reason for high gas problem...does these teas making problem or something else?? Hi all, My stomach seems to be filled Everytime and burp a lot.Left side at the bottom of my stomach near abdominal region there is burning sensation and discomfort. I consulted gasterologist invydehi hospital.They did my endoscopyand told that reports were normal.They prescribed me medication for 45 days. Medication were Meva-SR(200),Mapp-LS,Fibril Powder.Till the time I was taking medicine everything was fine but problem again started. I want mention one chemist gave me Happi-LS instead of Mapp-Ls.Is both medicine same?Please help and suggest what needs to be done. I don't drink alcohol and I have stopped drinking tea coffee but likes to have chocolate,sweets .please find my endoscopy reports.

My AST is 44.7 and ALT is 64.5 was been reported in recent blood test. Can someone tell me how harmful is this. What are the precautions I need to take bring this in control.
