Multiple stone in gallbladder . We did ultrasound to test and confirm this . patient has diabetics also but controlled .

I have been skipping my breakfast for almost six months due to working late into the night and geting up late. For the past one week I've had mild stomach pain and pass gas when I'm hungry (3-4 hours after previous meal). I feel immediate relief after eating even a small meal. If I eat a small meal before sleeping, I wake 5 to 6 hours into my sleep with a clenched stomach and mild gas passing, which is relieved on eating. But eating complex carbs help me sleep without disturbance. My motion is solid but not solid as usual. Can you tell me what the problem is and the solution?

Even with small regular during morning exercise like crunches, i used to get loose motions.On recommemdation of a general physician , I went for few tests and here are reports of abnormalities. LFT :GGT 323 and TSH :0.162

I've done my ultrasound and it said that there is a probability of Urachal Cyst infection. To confirm it they have asked to go for a CT scan with contrast on abdomen and pelvis. CT is a little risky as I've already done a 3 ultrasounds and one barium x-ray exposing my body to radiation. Should i go ahead with the CT or should i cross verify with a different doctor once?

I have had gut infection 2 years back which was cured after taking anti-biotics, it was a detailed treatment plan by Gastroentrologist, i would like to believe that it was cured but not completely, after the treatment on and off i see issues like low appetite, low thirst, sometimes i observe a very dull intermittent pain under rib cage on right side of stomach, and i am pretty sure that this is all related, also i also notice smell coming from under rib cage which i guess no one else can feel(intermittent), i would also like to report that i have undergone colonoscopy a year ago and blood/stool test, all came clean, stools are sometimes well formed, sometimes they are not formed at all, laced with mucus and sometimes mucus and blood are mixed, what would the jury suggest i would do?

Continuous Stomach pain since past 2 days with sometimes belching & vomiting , loss of appetite. After conulting physician, prescribed 2 medicines, One is Taximax 1500 mg ( 2 times a day- total 7 dosages) & Admex zyme syrup. Sir, kindly suggest that it is good administration or not. If it is good then already taking medicines i.e. Eltroxin 50 mg & Ecospirin (75+10) will be continued besides this or not. Thanks
