Stomach pain since past one days, tomorrow after taking pudin hara gets some relief but again appear it,sometimes vomiting & belching with back pain

I am 24 years old. when i was 18 i got my first period. after dat i didnt get period. i got treatment for dat but now problem is that if i l take medicine only then i l b on periods otherwise not.gap can b 6 months also. i dnt have any kind of pain. several times i have taken progestron and estron and i got the period. Can Normaxin be taken along with ayurvedic medicines? I am prescribed normaxin for acidity and pain in upper abdomen most probably due to muscle pull. I am taking ayurvedic medicines for acidity as well. Any possibility of side effects if both taken together?

Hi Doctor, I have been facing acidity problems from past six months. I generally avoid hot milk products like tea, coffee which has helped a bit. I pop a PAN 40 tab and take eno in a glass of water when the acidity is severe. Sometimes, I also feel chest pain which increases when I lie down. Any medication or lifestyle change, food habit change you would like me to follow? Should I continue with PAN and eno? Do they have any side effects? Thanks in advance. Regards, Subhrajyoti

My height is 160 cms and my weight is 58 kg. I suffer from acidity and gas very frequently. This also causes headache at times. I also feel very weak and get tired very quickly. My diet has reduced a lot over the past few months but my weight has not decreased a bit. I am really worried about my health. I work in IT field.
