Hello there. I can understand your concern. It could be due to gastroenteritis. Drink plenty of fluids, avoid oily and spicy foods, have a high fiber diet, instead of having three full meals, have 5 smaller meals in a day in which 2 meals should be completely of fruits and vegetables. Have curd rice. If the issue still persists, consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain.

Please hydrate yourself well.Take ORS and fibre rich food. If symptoms persist or worsen for more than 3 days or if you feel light-headed,see a doctor,he will probably perform a stool culture and few blood tests.
