Hii Doctor, currently i have mouth ulcer since 3 days and it happens frequently in different places in mouth, mostly outside of teeth, its very painful, I want to get suggestion about antibiotic for fast relief. Please help me asap.

Hi there I understand your concern....avoid taking spicy ,hot ,chilly food items , avoid smoking ,chewing beetle nuts , alcohol, take vitamin tablets ,apply local anesthetic to area ,have tender coconut, buttermilk . have lot of fruits and vegetables...consult nearest physician for clinical examination they will do the needful.

Hello there...I can understand your concern. Recuurent ulcers in the mouth can be due to many reasons like vitamin deficiency, candidiasis, herpes simplex infection, pemphigus, oral lichen planus. It is to determine the cause because treatment of each condition differs. So kindly consult a dermatologist for further evaluation.
