Recurrent aphthous ulcers
I get recurrent mouth ulcers from past 1 month . I heal in 3-4 days . Another come after 2-3 days . Not very large in size . Also have gastric issues .

It might be due to multiple causes Detailed history is needed. Better to do CBC with peripheral smear sr ferritin B12 & Folate levels for further evaluation
