Gas HeartBurn indigestion
Severe gas after intake of food,indigestion Heart burn usually last for 1-2 hours everyDay.. Met all the possible Doctors all allopathic,Homeopathic and Ayurvedic medicine tried in a HOPE to get well but still in high Problem Laproscopic subtotal Cholysyctomy performed last year. Please Help me

Hi.... Avoid foods and drinks that trigger heartburn. Everyone has specific triggers. Common triggers such as fatty or fried foods, tomato sauce, alcohol, chocolate, mint, garlic, onion, and caffeine may make heartburn worse. Avoid foods you know will trigger your heartburn. Eat smaller meals. Avoid overeating by eating smaller meals....
