This is a very common problem and see usually with everyone. Do not worry consult a General physician and take proper medication this will go away very easily. I can suggest you a few medicines. For gas take Pantosec-D. You should also take antibiotics and ORS. Spain versus son stomach take antispasmodic medications and get and ultrasound abdomen done.
