Tight flatulance after
Stool problem for ten years not free motion. stomach flatulence. i can not bend stomach even, some time i face shortness of breath. mucus formation can be found in the throat and some sound found in breathing getting panic or fear I am diabetic for the last 3 years. Thyroid is ok.

take pantoprazole 20mg/once daily in the morning atleast 1 hour before food with empty stomach for 1week ,if not relieved increase the dose to 40 mg/once daily .if relieved continue for 3months .dont stop the drug even if you are relieved .use branded drug .avoid spicy food,late night food,fizzy drinks ,avoid stress.sleep with head of bed elevated 10-20cm.avoid bending after eating .eat little quantities of food.you are almost 50 years .check for routine diabetes test.check for faecal occult blood/colonoscopy every 5years.take yearly inflleunza and pnuemococci vaccines.eat high fibre food.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  As of now, have a high protein and a high fiber diet. Avoid oily and spicy foods. Drink plenty of fluids. Consult a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management.  Let him examine you and run a few tests. Then he will be able to suggest you further. Best regards.
