Dear Doctor , For the past couple of weeks, I am taking long time to pass motion. At times need to put more pressure. The feel to go for motion continues even after passing motion. So I am spending more time in toilet. Stool is normal and no loose motion.

Drink plenty of water. 4 liters per day. Take high fibre diet. Avoid alcohol. Avoid smoking. Reduce your caffeine intake. Do some physical activity. Avoid spicy and oily food.
