Thank you for reaching out with your concern. It appears that your difficulty with regular bowel movements and bloating might be related to both hydration and fiber intake. The fact that this issue began after starting low-pH water may indicate some digestive disruption. Here are some steps you could consider: 1. Increase your intake of water throughout the day to help with stool consistency. Warm water in the morning can aid digestion. 2. Incorporate fiber-rich foods such as whole grains, fruits, and leafy vegetables in your diet. Psyllium husk (Isapghol) after dinner can help in regulating bowel movements. 3. Engage in light physical activities like walking, which can stimulate the intestines and aid digestion. 4. Avoid highly processed foods, as they can sometimes contribute to constipation and bloating. If these steps do not relieve your symptoms, you may need a personalized treatment plan. Please consult me directly for a thorough evaluation. Feel free to reach out to me on WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two for a convenient discussion on managing this issue.
