Dear doctors , is black tea and green tea safe during diarrhea ? I mean can we drink black tea or green tea while having diarhea ?

Many time after eat stomach get big and feel heavy even I am eating 80%of diet..many time having gas problem also And I have NO problem in constipation,every day morning I am having natural force for toilet, few time i am going two time in a day. Please suggest a test which can diagnose what the problem in stomach or share diet what to eat and what not. I have been noticing red or maroon few spots in the stool from 4-5 years. I don't know whether it is blood or not. So I have done stool occult blood test 2 times but it came negative. There's no pain while passing the stool. Do I have to do any other test too?

I am having a lower abdomen heaviness sometime in left side and sometime in right side too. If mostly happens after having food, it also happens before eating anything. Stomach sounds, burping and heaviness in throat also feelt sometime. No pain or no appetite issues.

He has restricted diet and not eating much also.
