Hi ! I have been having an issue with haemorrhoids for almost 3 months and I was using Smuth ointment. I just learnt that this is a steroid based cream , is this safe ? Prior to this when I had an episode I had used Pilex ointment.

Hello I am 25 years old, non smoker and non drinker. I took routine body check where my LFT had some bad readings:- SGOT - 80 Two month back it was SGOT - 70 SGPT -141 two months back SGPT - 167 All other parameters are fine. In 2 month bilirubin changes Total - 0.9 earlier 0.8 Indirect - 0.7 earlier 0.4 Direct - 0.2 earlier 0.4 RBC count - 5.6 normal as per lab (4.5-5.5) MCV - 81.9 normal as per lab (83-101) Blood Urea- 16.8 earlier 17.1 lab range (18-44) Total cholesterol -189 earlier 204 (2 months back) Triglycerides - 162.6 earlier 216.5 Non HDL - 161 earlier 175 HDL - 28 earlier 29 VLDL - 32 earlier 43.3 What should I do, do I need to go for further checkups or as doctor suggested this is just an effect of fatty liver.

I have done both endoscopy and colonoscopy as I am facing chronic diarrhea doctor has prescribed me meva c ,esofag and pyoflush tablets even after 2 days of test I am still having loose motions more than 7 times a day is it common how long will I have to endure this can I take immodium or no pls suggest attached my reports

Is it safe to use coconut oil suppository for piles? I have been using Smuth cream for a long time now and I was adviced to try coconut oil for better relief.

I have been suffering from the left side stomach pain for the past 4 years . I have done endoscopic and  colonoscopy two years back and it came normal. I have been taking medicine for a long time . Have symptoms for IBS. Have been prescribed Normaxin and Rifagut 400 mg. Also suffering from chronic anaemia with Hb around 6. 1. Is Normaxin still available? See most of apps not selling anymore. If it is discontinued, are there any alternatives available? 2. Are both these medicines habit forming and are there any major long lasting side effects?
