Stomach is aching sometimes after eating food  and gass is forming inside stomach and having a problem of indigestion also

From many days i am facing some problem that after eating breakfast or without breakfast I feel movement of gas in lower left side of stomach which also creates loud growling noise . The noise was some time so loud that it feel like farting sound. Please tell me how to stop this stomach sound and gas production. . Ps:- I stay in Pg in delhi because of college so i drink water of pg & also  eat pg food . So, does this can be reason that the food i eat my not suited me or my stomach so stomach create gas & noises . If it can be the reason so can i try to change my food because of this sound problem i am unable to attend my class properly i leave the classes in between.

Hello doctor, My mom not feeling to take food, she is not having food properly. When i ask she is saying not feeling to have. Actually she travelled in bus last week she vomited and 2 times she had loose motion after that time she is not feeling hungry. Please suggest.

So 18 days ago I started noticing very mild pain sometimes on top right abdomen. After 4 days I took blood test and sonography and everything was very normal. After that on the 7th day I felt my stomach was bloating and then I consulted a doctor who told it is gastritis and I took prescribed medicine for 3 days but I had burning sensation at night after sleeping for 1 hr but on the top left side abdomen and I was not able to sleep for 2-3 hours it was burning and paining and next day morning I went to consult doctor and doctor gave me RifaGut for 5 days and Razo D for 10 days. I had mild burning sensation on left on that day as well. 3 more days I had bloating in the evening till I sleep and burning sensation on the left side after 1-2 hrs of sleep. I had mild dehydration, shivering in the morning, sometimes mild fever(99). After day 14 my symptoms started reducing and left side burning is completely gone but I have pricking pain sometime in top abdomen and little bloating sometimes.

How can I improve my digestion and gut health? I'm constipated every now and then, even face indigestion and heartburn in between.
