Having frequent stomach ache and lose motions due especially after eating outside food. Having chicken at office has made me suffer this issue from last few month.

Please find ct scan and usg report, I'm having pain in abdomen near chest, and following diet like frequent meals, walk from last 10-15 days but still it's not cured that's why done ct and usg as per dr suggestion,
