Even after all the treatments, my issue is same. I sometimes feel completely fine but, somedays I feel like food comes up to chest, so many long burps & also feels like poop all day. Although I go to washroom just after waking up & get fresh n up. Still after everh 3-4 good days, I het this problem. Got endoscopy done & following the attached treatment since lasg 15 days. But, the problem still persists. Because of this medication i feel dryness in my body parts & feel sleepy all time.

72 yrs old is not eating since 1 month. She has nausea and often diarrhoea after eating food. Does not feel like eating anything. Was admitted to hospital for breathing issues 1 month back, ( had covid in 2021) have lungs fibrosis, diabetic and bp patient. She is very weak now due to unable to eat anything. I have chronic fissure and piles. Went to colorectal surgeon to get diagnosed. Upon visual examination, he gave medicines first and then suggested laser surgery if meds dont work. He gave medicine for irritable bowel in afternoon and laxative at night. I felt absolutely fine for a month till the time I was taking these meds. The issue started coming back once I stopped these meds. Ass pain after pooping which lasts for 4-5 hours, stomach not get clear, hard poops. I have improved my diet so much, eating fibres, healthy fats, only home cooked meals, no fried food and still face the issue. What to do?

I went in hospital for gall bladder removal surgery and fix laproscopic cholecystectomy surgery but in the middle of operation they switched to open surgery which was very traumatic ... they said there were some complication.. moreover they attached my bile ducts with jejunum instead of duodenom... is it good?? As i hv heard that it should b attached with duodenom
