Frequently my stomach gas flows upwards directions towards my head causing dizziness how can i stop this? I am being taking sompraz d and ulgel .Any other medicines to deal to stop this?

I have hypothyroid, and i take thyroxin 75mg as soon as i wake up in the morning. I recently developed a stomach problem where i have bloating in the lower abdomen. My doctor has prescribed NexPro 40mg 1-0-1 BF and Providac capsule 1-1-1 AF. I recently read that thyroid medicine and acidity medicine should not be taken together. Please advise after how many hours of taking thyroid tablet, i should take acidity tablet?

I am having stomach pain early in the morning between 3 am and 4 am every single day for the last 45;days. Consulted couple of gastros.. took all tests like USG Abdomen, CBC, lft, RFT,stool test and endoscopy.. during upperscopy doctor diagnosed as pangastritis.. he told it could be because of mostly h- pylori.. he suggested triple therepy.. even after antibiotics course my stomach feels bloated and still having early morning pain every day.. usually the pain is just below rib area.. not heavy pain, kind of tickling pain.. what could be the cause.. pls suggest remedy.. currently i am taking mebeverine 200mg tablet for the pain.. but it's not working.. kindly help pls .
