Kindly guide on what is the right approach for someone complaining of symptoms of headache, nausea from 2 weeks and recently with mild pain while passing stools.

From 2 days , pain in stomach. Feeling constipated . Not been able to pass stool completely. Lifted heavy object 2 days back . Can it happen due to lifting ? Nd home remedies pls ? Thanks

Recently I have done Upper abdomen USG. Everything is normal except "moderate hepatomegaly with Grade II Changes. " But same day i have also done LFT which is absolutely in Normal Ranges. And also diagnosed with Diabetes eg Fasting 163 and PP 229. How to cure Fatty Liver Issue and Diabetes? I Occasionally consume alcohol (2/3 pegs in a month), quited smoking totally for last 20 months. Please advise. Thanks.

Dear sir/maam, My mom has been experiencing frequent burping - wherever she touches on body gas comes out in form of burping. She also faces a feeling like when soda comes up very suddenly which relaxes her for that moment. She also has a lot of STIFFNESS in her upper stomach -- she says it feels tight and stiff like a rock after eating anything. She is on steroid medicines due to RA and Hypersensitivity Pneumonitis for last 5 months but she has been facing burping for more than last one year. Hi doctor, It has been more than year since i am having sudden motion, multiple time a day... had few episode of blood ( just one pintch or drop max). Lost weight around 5 6kg last year but then gained around around 11kg this year suddenly... I am illness anxities paitent also under treatment of this since 3 years. I had just visited general surgeon once last year when had episode of blood ins stool and he examined anus physically and said nothing much. I did 3 times stool test and all came clear But i am still having gastric time to time and specially when i am thinking about stool much... All normal blood tests are also normal.. Can i now conclude that i might have ibs after this much duration?? I have told all mine symptoms 100% correct... Please suggest..

Hello, Can smoking cause pancreatitis? Can i smoke once in a day if i have acute pancreatitis? Will smoking make it worse?
