Does ash gourd cause diarrhea in ibs patient? I am having loose stools with mucus ,Though stool before breakfast was very good but stool after meal is very bad

IBS is an in predictable disorder ne thing n every thing can cause irritability to the bowel. So please b careful while u take food. Please stop taking ash guard

Its different for different individuals,at different times.you need to see what foods cause discomfort to you and stop having them at that time.Gradually introduce once you are asymptomatic.Thats the best way to handle diet in IBS.
