Elevated liver enzymes could be related to fatty liver.Grade 1 fatty liver is reversible with strict diet modifications, stop consuming alcohol and weight reduction by regular exercise for 40 minutes a day.Reducing your weight of 72 kg will definitely be helpful.Drink lots of water , consume more fresh fruits and vegetables.Your lipid profile report is normal.
