Stomach Problems & Remedies

My WBC's were lesser than normal(tested on 20/04/23).On 23/04/23, I had fever(max temp 102°F)with throatache..Took tab Azithral 250(Twice a day for 5 days) Wbc's increased to 3.61×10^3(tested on 28.04.2023),doc suspected typhoid...My current symptoms are severe nausea(unrelieved with tab Ibset),some headache,loss of appetite and raised body temp(max-99.5°C) Kindly tell me whether I have typhoid or not and what should be done for the same

From yesterday i had been in stomach pain , today morning I got fever 99.7, potty was like gum , stomach feeling heavy , and pain from upper part of the stomach from a certain point , today morning I took pan d , little bit relief.. but still a pain there , kindly help.. .

My niece is 2 month. When she drink milk Just  after 2mint , she vomates all time And also alot of gas.

I have discomfort, tickling sensation in throat, frequent throat clearing symptoms for few years. And for last few months there is sensation of acidity near the throat area and dry mouth. Im not in favor of using PPI's and antacids. Is there any other solution for this. Please help.

After eating, i feel like my stomach size is increasing. I hear sounds from my stomach a lot and then i go to washroom. This is happening since last 2 months now

In the morning, sudden situation arise to vomited. Last night eat one piece vegetable oil fried CHAP and ice cream. Feeling tired and no hungry.

3 years back I hav 3-4 times loose stools ith mucus  at morning ,one time i hav black semi solid   stools for continuous 3 days. and heavy gastric  So I do colonoscopy  biopsy, endoscopy ,usg abdomen  blod tests are normal.doctor  told IBS , prescribe vsl #3,gastric tablet 15 days and sarotena 10 mg for 6 months.my flatulence, loose stool problem gastric problem all r solved.now from august 22 I hav semi solid stool at 1st time in morning,after half an hour I hav loose stool  some times little mucus in it and gas passing through it. 7 months I hav 7-8times flatulence passing per day.some times  bad odour gas pasing, when eating frequently or eating groundnut . from 6 months I hv no abdominal pain but from march 23 I hav dul pain uper abdomenbelow the rib cage  occurs after every 2 hour of eating.DR gave IZRA 40 for 10 days daily 2 times.my pain is gone.after 2 days I hav heavy yellow mucus with litle drop blood in semi solid stol rexigut 400 mg  taken problem solved.it is due to IBS?

I have been suffering from diarrhea for the past 7 days. I took bifilac and ors for the first 3 days. And redotil, econorm and ciplox tz for next 3 days. Still diarrhea has not stopped. All blood , urine and stool reports are normal

Hi I am 25 year old female. 10 days ago I got diahrea with little fever. Since then I am experiencing weak digestion. Suddenly after having a meal I experience cramps in my stomch which get reduced after loose motions. Anytime sudden cramp type pain occur which though last for few mins only. Please advice what should I do My next period is due on 28th April
