Iam experiencing stomach bloating for the past one year after eating . If I eat any spicy food my stomach starts aching and after eating iam having burping consitently and my stool doesn't looks normal sometimes it is watery and sometimes it is half watery and half normal for the past one year. My stomach always gets bloating whenever I eat any foods. And also my mouth and throat becomes sore oftenly . So I cannot eat spicy foods like before. I usually skip breakfast but nowadays i eat breakfast but at 11.00 am . So do you think this is the reason or I drink tea in empty stomach in early morning or I eat my lunch at 2.30 pm and dinner at 9.30 pm . This might be the reason due to irregular timings. I want to know the reason
