I am having first black layer of stool in yellow stool after drinking alcohol. why this is happening ihave attached image..

I am really worried since last 3-4 days , I am unable to pass stool properly, I am passing stool but it is thin , it seems like the thick and hard stool stick inside but unable to come out , now I am feeling little bit of fullness too in my stomach, what should I do , it's hampering my day to day activities and also I am unable to eat anything properly because I feel fullness

I have been suffering from Regular belching or burping issue for almost 5 years. Even after i maintain good food habits and timely eating. I have only Gas burping.

I am diagnosed with severe liver fibrosis. I am on saroglitazar medication and vitamin E medication with diet and 3km.walking a day. I have cut sugar, oil, white salt ,spicy food, maida from my diet. Dear sir I use to chew gutka around 10 12 packets daily I have develop white patches in my mouth and I am feeling stomach pain and chest tightness and getting tired while walking and working  I want to leave gutka what test should I do to to cure if there is any problem in my stomach due to gutka intake...
