Me and my husband both faces gastric and indigestion a lot and constipation as well. Not only with outside good same issue with home cooked good as well.

My brother has stomach problem from past 1 year where he has to go to toilet for continously 3 to 4 time until the food that he ate past day completly comes out. His poop is like semi fluid...not hard not losse like water.
